Here is the preparation work to complete before you meet with your coach for your 90-minute private session.

2. Watch this video and mark up those pages the same way Libby does in the video.
3. Also, while watching the video, take the quiz you downloaded. The questions on the quiz follow the order of the video making it easy to answer them. Please email the answers to the quiz to your coach some time before your private session.
